‘Play with a full deck’

When you say that someone is not playing with a full deck, what you mean is that he is not mentally sound. The expression is considered slang, and is mostly used in informal contexts.

Examples: ”Ever since Anand lost his job, the poor guy hasn’t been playing with a full deck.” * ”After talking to Kunthala, I was fairly convinced that she wasn’t playing with a full deck.”
